Special Transfers to/from Guarulhos Airport – Parque Balneário Hotel

The Mendes Tur Cambio e Turismo & Central de Frete e Receptivo will offer special transfers to AME2015 participants in cars or Vans with bilingual drivers, from the Guarulhos International Airport to the Parque Balneario Hotel on Wednesday Nov 4th, and in the way back on Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 7 and 8. The trip takes between 60 and 90 minutes.

Each way will cost around US$30,00.

On Wednesday, Nov. 4th there will be transfers at 9 AM / 11 AM / 1 PM / 3 PM / 5 PM

To the reservation you will need to provide: Full name; Air Company and flight number; time; Passport number; and phone contact.

These companies, also, will offer special tours in Santos and Brazil, including 3-day Cruises from Santos to Rio de Janeiro, to AME participants, departing on Nov. 8.

The transfer leaves from the Balloon Café, on Terminal 2, on Arrivals level.

Regular Buses to/from Airports in Sao Paulo and Santos

Viacao Cometa offers direct connections from Sao Paulo’s airports (Guarulhos International – GRU and Congonhas – CGH) to downtown Santos, in modern and comfortable buses. For more information and to buy tickets online, visit the Viação Cometa website: http://www.viacaocometa.com.br/en/.

The Viação Cometa Bus leaves from Terminal 1, on Arrivals level.

The Bus arrives in Santos Bus Terminal, where you can take a Taxi to the Parque Balneário Hotel. Show to the driver a paper with the Hotel name and address. The fare should cost no more than R$30,00 and you can pay only with Brazilian Reais. The trip takes about 10 minutes.

Passports and Visas

Participants are advised to contact the nearest Brazilian embassy or consulate or travel agency to find out the passport and visa requirements for entry into Brazil. Citizens from the US, Mexico and Canada need visa; Citizens from the EU and most Latina American countries don’t need a visa.
